预订条款 / Booking Conditions

条款的双方为你好英国旅行网和任何在你好英国旅行网上购买旅游产品的人员,预定的确认将遵循下列条款执行:

Between www.hellobritain.cn (hellobritain.co.uk) and every person who make bookings with hellobritain.cn, the confirmation of booking is subject to the following conditions.

1、如何预定

首先在网上选择合适的旅游产品,然后在网上直接付款,或者致电(或邮件)给我们询问是否有位,如果有位的话,网上或线下付全款或者按要求预付部分款项来确定预定生效。

HOW TO BOOK
To choose the products on the website and make payment directly online, or to phone or email us to check the availability, when available, pay the full payment or the required deposit of the total value of the product online or offline in order to make a definite booking.

2、付款

团款需要付给Hello Britain Ltd 或其姊妹公司China Holidays Ltd 或者由其国内分公司北京国人假期国际旅行社有限公司代收。请在出发前付全款。如果您在出发前或者在要求的时间之前不付全款,我们保留取消您的预定的权利。在此情况下,您的预付款将不被退还或者将被收取手续费。

PAYMENT
Payment should be paid to Hello Britain Ltd or its sister company China Holidays Ltd, or to its China branch, Beijing China Holidays International Travel Services Ltd. Full balance needs to be received prior to tour departure. If you do not pay the full cost before departure or within the time specified we reserve the right to treat your booking as a cancellation. In such cases you will forfeit the deposit paid or be liable to cancellation charges.

3、旅游保险

为了确保您在旅游过程中的权益得到保障,我们强烈建议每个旅客购买适当的旅游保险。 你好英国不对旅途中发生的意外事故承担任何责任,这包括航班取消延误,丢失或损坏物品,个人身体或生命损伤等,该等意外事故的解决应当遵循航空公司、酒店和公共汽车公司等指定的规则。

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend all participants on our tours to have adequate travel insurance. HelloBritain will not be responsible for any accident happened on the trip, this includes flights cancellation, luggage or property lost or damage, personal injury or death, such accidents will be dealt according to the common regulation set by the airlines, hotels and coach companies etc.

4、最低人数

每个团组都有个最低成团人数才能出行,这个最低人数一般是10人但每个团都有可能不同。我公司保留因为团队人数变动而取消行程或者改变车型大小的权利。

MINIMUM NUMBERS
All package group tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers. Normally this number is 10 but does vary from tour to tour. We have rights to cancel the trip or change coach or car size in order to fit the group size best.

5、预定更改/取消

来自您的更改: 在您确认了购买旅行产品之后,如有更改,更改费用为每份订单20英镑, 请必须在出发7日之前用文字告知我们, 出发前7天内或参团后不允许任何更改,如有更改将按照下面的取消规定处理。

AMENDMENT
BY YOU: Any amendments after your holiday has been confirmed, you will be liable to pay an administration charge of £20 for each order. Notification of required amendments must be in writing and should reach us at least 7 days before departure. Any amendments made within 7 days before departure are subject to cancellation charges as per the scale below.

来自我们的更改:我们保留对我们网站上的产品进行更改的权利,我们将在您出发前告知所有更改。如果您已经付了全款,我们会根据下表中的规定给您以补偿。但是,如果这个更改是因为不可抗力造成,我们将不予补偿。


BY US : We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details of the tour if necessary. You will be informed of any alterations at the earliest opportunity prior to departure. When the full balance has been received, you will be entitled to receive a compensation payment for each order in accordance with the table below. However, if the alteration is forced upon us due to ‘force majeure’ no compensation will be payable.

每份订单补偿金额如下/The amount of compensation for each order is as follows :

如果要取消预定, 请书面通知我们,如果在30天前取消, 我们不收取任何费用, 如果在30天之内取消, 您需要承担部分团款损失,具体规定如下:


Cancellation
If you want to cancel your booking, please inform us by writing. If we receive the writing notice 30 days before the departure date, there will be no cancellation charge, but if the notice is received within 30 days, you need to bear some cost of the tour as cancellation fee as below:

每份订单取消费用如下/The cancellation fee of each order is as follows:

  WHEN NOTIFICATION RECEIVED (通知时间) % TOTAL PAYMENT (承担的团款)
1 * 30 days before 30天前 0%
2 * 29 – 15 days before 20%
3 * 15 –07 days before 50%
4 * 07 –0 days before 100%

6、不可抗力

凡是因为不可抗力所造成的服务损失或者表现不佳,很遗憾我们无法承担责任也无法进行赔偿。不可抗力包括所有虽然我们努力,但仍然使我们或者我们的供应商无法预计也无法控制的情景,比如战争或战争威胁,行业争执(罢工),自然或者核爆引发的灾难,极端天气,火灾,恐怖袭击,急病流行,因为安全原因延误等等无法控制的情景。

FORCE MAJEURE
We regret we can not accept liability and no compensation will be payable if the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligation is prevented or affected by circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure’. Circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure’ include any event which we or the supplier of the services(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, terrorist activity, outbreak of disease, delays for safety reasons and all similar circumstances beyond our control.

7、额外收费

我们的产品价格都是诚意并且合理定价的。尽管所有的产品都经过认真计划,但有些价格的改变可能仍不可避免。我们保留因为VAT,税收,汇率浮动,油价变化,保安花费或其它原因而提高或者降低网上公布价格的权利。但是,我们保证您在预定和缴款时的价格,凡是我们在账单上体现的价格,完全可以得到保证而且不会因为网上价格提高而产生任何额外费用。

SURCHARGES
Our tours are honestly and fairly priced. Although the itineraries are carefully planned, it is inevitable that some prices may change. We reserve the right to alter the prices quoted in the website as necessary and increase or decrease prices in line with any change in VAT, local taxes, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, security charges, or any fees chargeable for the services included in the cost of your holiday. However, we guarantee that the price of your holiday, including any increase or reductions, as confirmed to you at the time of booking and shown on your confirmation invoice, is fully guaranteed and is not subject to any surcharges.

8、护照,签证和健康要求

当访问英国和爱尔兰,或者任何其它国家时,旅行者自己有责任确保其持有有效的护照和签证。我们可以协助您取得这些证件,但是责任还是由您负责。

PASSPORT, VISA AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
When visiting UK and Ireland or any other countries, it is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a full passport and valid Visa. Whilst we can assist in obtaining the required documents, the responsibility remains with the traveler.

9、文件邮寄

我们的各种票和旅行文件,除非您来我公司领取(北京或者伦敦),一般情况下用邮件以电子方式发送给您。如果您需要文件的原件,我们可以安排快递或者挂号信,但快递和邮寄的成本费用将加在您的账单上,我们不承担因快递和邮寄丢失文件的责任。

DOCUMENT POST
Tickets and travel documents, unless collected from our office (in Beijing or London), are normally sent by email. Should clients require original copies or courier delivery (or registered post)this can be arranged and the net cost of this will be added to the final invoice. We accept no responsibility for items lost in delivery or post.

10、投诉

如果您对我们的任何服务有投诉,请立刻告知我们的当地代表(导游或者当地办公室的工作人员)。事情往往在现场最容易获得解决,因为我们的当地代表可以看到并且理解问题的本质。如果万一问题在现场得不到解决(可能性比较小),请您一定在结束服务后的14天内用文字详细描述并通知我们。

COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about any element of your holiday, you must inform our local representative immediately (guide or staff of our local offices). Matters can be most easily sorted out for you on the spot whilst you are on the tour, when our local representative can see and understand the exact nature of any problems you have. In the unlikely event that matters cannot be resolved to your satisfaction on the tour, details of complaint should be notified in writing to us within 14 days of your return from holiday.
